Description
Make learning beginning blends exciting with this St. Patrick’s Day Blends Race! This interactive phonics game for 1st and 2nd graders helps students practice recognizing and reading blend words while racing to the pot of gold.
How to Play:
- Place 5 tokens on the racing cars.
- Shuffle the word cards and place them face down.
- Pull a card, read the word, and move the matching blend token up the board.
- Keep playing until one token reaches the pot of gold!
- Complete the recording sheet by choosing four words from the cards, writing a sentence for each, and illustrating them.
