Ghost and goblins, oh my! It is crazy to think that Halloween is just around the corner, after all we are all still surviving the start of the school year. I do get excited about this time of year though…the cooler weather, the chunky sweaters and the halloween activities. My students have always loved when I pull out the Halloween Worksheets for them.
The Halloween Worksheets cover everything you need during math time. Your students will practice addition and subtraction, fact families, missing addends and so much more. The worksheets are perfect for independent practice, math centers or homework for extra skills.
My students actually enjoy literacy time when I let them work on the Halloween Worksheets. They cover everything from ABC Order to contractions. I use them for immediate practice after introducing new skills and also for additional practice.
Multiple Grade Levels
Although I use the Halloween Worksheets mainly with my 2nd grade students, they can easily be used for more advanced 1st graders or as a review opportunity for 3rd graders. My teacher friends use them all the time at multiple levels.
The Halloween Worksheets are perfect for pretty much every need. They make planning so much easier on you, just copy and go. They make excellent morning work and extra practice for early or fast finishers. They also make life easier when you have to be out and need to leave work for a sub. The Halloween Worksheets will keep students busy and happily working.
